Shipping
Parsons Wood Artistry (The Pyrography Store) is based in North Carolina and only ships to United States addresses.
Parsons Wood Artistry usually ships within 1 - 2 business days. If we are out of stock on an item, we will inform you within 1 - 2 business days.
We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive an email with the tracking number within 2 days of your order, please check your Spam folder and contact us if you are unable to locate the email.
Click the tracking number link in your email and opt to receive text or email updates from the carrier on your shipped package. If you are not going to be at the delivery location when your package should arrive, please make other arrangements to receive the package. Parsons Wood Artistry cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered or stolen after delivery.

This decision may be made based on the total weight of the shipment, the delivery location, the amount paid for shipment, as well as other factors. Satisfaction
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept returns within 30 days on any undamaged merchandise with the original packaging. Christmas gift purchases can be returned up to 2 weeks after Christmas. Please contact us ([email protected]) for a return authorization. Any free gifts sent with the original purchase must also be returned. Returns must be insured and are sent at the returner's expense. Refunds are issued (less original actual shipping costs and any banking fees) when we receive the returned items. Special ordered items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Custom ordered t-shirts and artwork cannot be returned.
Privacy
We do not give, rent, or sell any customer information or email lists to third party vendors. Only Weebly (our website host), Square (our credit card processing company), or PayPal (for payments using PayPal) will have access to your information for processing orders and payment, and to keep a record of purchased items for sales reporting. For orders entered through the website, Parsons Wood Artistry does not have access to your credit card information and can only issue refunds. We cannot add items to your credit card.
